How do I search for a calling card?

Select the country you want to call “From” & “To”. This will display the different calling cards available for those locations.

Why do I need to call Customer Support to verify my order?

We confirm your order to ensure consumer protection against credit card fraud. Our Order Verification Department will review and verify all new orders to guarantee your online security. Any fraudulent orders are reported to the appropriate authorities.

Is it secure to buy online?

Yes. All transactions and communications involving confidential information are encrypted using 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption.

I can’t login?

Please ensure you are using the correct User Name (email address) and Password you registered with. If you have forgotten your password please click on the link “I forgot my password” in the Log In section. If you still experience problems please contact Customer Support.

When does my calling card expire?

The expiration dates for all calling cards are listed in the calling card details.

I have not received my confirmation email?

Please check your “Junk” or “Spam” folders first to see if it was routed there. If you still have not received it within 15 minutes of your order please contact Customer Service at 1-866-553-5288 or send an email to support@voice88.com

Where do I find my transaction history?

You can log in to your account with your User Name & Password. All transactions are listed under Account Home – Order History.

How do I use my calling card?

Locate & dial the appropriate access number that is associated with the calling card you have purchased. All access numbers can be found here: www.voice88.com/info/access_numbers Follow the instructions from our automated operator: Enter the PIN and the desired phone number you wish to call

Dialing Instructions?

  • Dial the Access Number
  • Enter your PIN
  • Enter the number you wish to call:
    • For Domestic Calls (including Canada): Dial 1 + area code + phone number
    • For International Calls: Dial 011 + country code + city code + phone number

What is Pinless Dialing?

When you call in from any registered number, Pinless Dialing knows who you are and allows you to then directly dial your destination number without entering in the PIN. To register your numbers, log into your account and select Pinless Dialing under Account Options.

What is Speed Dialing?

Speed Dial gives you the ability to set up all of the numbers that you dial to be used with short codes. After dialing your Access Number, all you have to do is press the speed dial shortcut. For example, instead of dialing 011-12-34-567-8901, you can just dial 2# and it will dial that number. To register speed dial numbers, log into your account and select Speed Dialing under Account Options.

What is Auto Recharge? How does it work?

The Auto Recharge option offers a convenient way to make sure you have a balance on your Voice88 calling card so you can make those important calls. All you do is choose how much money you want to automatically add to your Calling Card when the threshold amount is reached. When your balance drops below the set amount, it will automatically charge your credit card & credit your account. **The auto-recharge feature works between calls, not during calls.

What is Quick Connect? How does it work?

This feature allows you to assign a toll free number to each of the numbers that you call.  With quick connect, when you dial the unique toll free number from any registered phone, it directly connects you to the number you are calling abroad.  You no longer have to dial access numbers or enter PIN numbers. You can now connect faster and easier than any other service from you landline or mobile phone.

Can I use my mobile phone? Is there a difference in Cost?

You can call from your mobile phone or landline in the USA and the rate is the same. You pay only the rate to the specific destination you are calling. When using your mobile phone your minutes will be used according to your wireless plan.

If my balance runs out will I be disconnected?

Yes. If you are in the middle of a call and your balance reaches $0, you will be disconnected.

My call is connecting, but the sound quality is poor.

If you are experiencing poor quality on a call, please send an email to support@voice88.com with your name, PIN number, place you are calling and a brief description of what is happening. We will address this issue immediately with our carriers.

What is an International Number & how can I use it?

A International Number allows you to create a local phone number in any country that will forward directly to your phone. Now your family, friends or business associates can call you by dialing a local number in their country and reach you wherever you are. All minutes will be deducted directly from your Voice 88 account. Upon setting up an International Number, your PIN will be automatically enrolled in Auto Recharge. This ensures the balance on your PIN never runs out and your International Number is always available. Auto Recharge detects when your PIN balance falls below $5.00 and will automatically recharge your PIN for $20.00.
