1. INFORMATION COLLECTED BY Voice 88:
   
   In order to maintain your account and process purchases by you, Voice 88 will ask for your name, address, email address, phone number, and credit card information (number, expiration date and verification code) in order to process your initial order. Your credit card company may request additional information in order to verify your purchase. After you begin using your calling card account, we will save any phone numbers you add to your account for purposes of Pinless dialing. In addition, local authorities will require us to retain additional information about the calls made via your account.


2. USE OF "COOKIES":
   
   Voice 88 makes use of data commonly called "cookies", which are stored on your computer, in order to allow Voice 88 to remember your preferences and information, passwords and other information which makes using the Voice 88 website easier.


3. USE OF YOUR INFORMATION BY Voice 88:
   
   When you purchase calling cards from Voice 88, Voice 88 will automatically add you to Voice 88's email list. If you do not want to be added to this list or want to be removed from it, please contact Customer Service. Voice 88 may from time to time also use the information you provide to Voice 88, as well as your purchasing or calling habits associated with the calling cards you purchase, for internal market studies. However, Voice 88 will not use your credit card number in this case.


4. SHARING OF INFORMATION WITH THIRD PARTIES:
   
   Voice 88 will share information provided by you with your credit card company in order to finalize transactions. Voice 88 may also have to disclose information that you provided to Voice 88, as well as information about your use of the calling card, as required by local law to government authorities, to courts or to third parties pursuant to court order or subpoena. Your right to protest or prevent such disclosure will be governed by applicable local law, and you will be responsible for any such action. Voice 88 will also share your contact information, as well as the countries to which you are calling, to third parties who may wish to offer you information about their goods and services. If you wish Voice 88 NOT to disclose your information to such third parties, please contact Customer Service. At no time will Voice 88 disclose your credit card information to these third parties.


5. CORRECTING INFORMATION:
   
   The information you provide to Voice 88 related to your account can be reviewed and edited by you by signing onto your account. If you have any problems correcting errors in your information, please contact Customer Service, and a Voice 88 representative will be glad to assist you.
