Refunds & Exchanges

• Voice 88 will gladly exchange the unused and unexpired value of any calling card purchased via the Voice 88 website for another card of equal value offered on the Voice 88 website. Simply contact Customer Service to arrange for the exchange.


• If the PIN Number you receive from Voice 88 does not work, contact Customer Service, and if Customer Service cannot correct the problem, the value of the unused and unexpired portion of the calling card to which the Pin Number has been assigned will be refunded.


• Voice 88 is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any loss, theft, misuse or unauthorized use of your calling card or PIN Number, and no refunds or exchanges will be provided in such an occurrence.
